VENDOR PARTNERSHIPS
Become an Iron Point Security Vendor Partner
Join Iron Point Security’s network of licensed security providers supporting client assignments across the country.
We’re looking for dependable partners who share our standards for professionalism, compliance, communication, and client service. Review the minimum requirements below, then submit your company information for consideration.
Minimum Partner Requirements
Licensing
Vendor applicants must be properly licensed to provide security services in every state or location where they operate. Iron Point Security must be able to keep current copies of all required company licenses on file. Vendor partners may be asked to provide updated documentation before expiration.
Insurance
- General and Professional Liability Vendor partners must carry active general liability and professional liability coverage. Required limits may vary by assignment, but coverage should be sufficient to meet Iron Point Security’s client, insurance, and compliance standards.
- Assault & Battery Coverage Assault and battery coverage may be included in your general liability policy. Please confirm this with your insurance broker. If it is excluded, your company may need a separate policy, rider, umbrella policy, or other approved coverage option before accepting certain assignments.
- Automobile Liability Automobile liability coverage is required for vendors who use company or personal vehicles while performing assigned security work. Coverage requirements may depend on the type of assignment and how vehicles are used.
- Workers’ Compensation Vendor partners must carry workers’ compensation coverage as required by law and applicable contract requirements. Please speak with your insurance broker or state program provider to confirm that your coverage is active and appropriate for security operations.
Compliance & Screening
Vendor partners must maintain proper hiring standards for their officers, including background checks, drug screening when required, and verification that assigned personnel are qualified for the work being performed.
Staffing Standards
All Iron Point Security assignments must be staffed by your own company employees or approved personnel. Work may not be passed to another security company or subcontracted without written approval.
